No Superstitions, No Tension!
Knowledge of consequences of action helps human to choose and lead life with wisdom. False beliefs and superstitions restrict the mind and stop the manifestations of their talents.
How superstitions develop? From believes out of fear, from disbelief in God, from foolishness, from illiteracy, and by blindly following stupid role models. The great tragedy is, in this 21st century of great advance too, people believe in superstitions.
The fast forward march due to Globalization, computer education etc made u ready to shed your clothes to half nude but not yet ready to shed the old or unwanted believes because they are traditional! Ridiculous. In olden days, out of some fear of unknown they followed some beliefs. But today, we have grown to ignore the things we do not know, like life after death, Heaven, and Hell. This is a better life. Mysteries cannot be cleared by any means. Have u heard of any one in a true story saved by having followed any belief, or damned to death by any superstitions.
Good things and bad things, they are happenings. Though they restrict our growth to certain extent, they are not impediments. Everything happens for a reason.
A black cat crossing your way means it is going somewhere. Not a bad omen. An owl crying in the night is a bad omen in India but seeing an owl which is a rare thing (owls come out only during night) is a good omen in Russia. Rare appearance of owl gives them pleasure with an expectation of something good. For Indians the same owl’s language looked a cry since it interrupted his sleep and he began to curse that bird as a bad omen. Really it is no omen or Amen.
These believe are followed generation after generation. So even before something actually happens, people began to wait for some evil to happen when they see a black cat or an owl or a black single crow. Their tension rises. Even if nothing happens too they will be restless. Thus all these believe just lead to pressure and tension.
Superstition is the religion of feeble minds. It saps your power of reasoning.
