IngredientsWell ripe Bangalore tomatoes – 1/2 kg
Sugar – 200gm
Salt – 1 tsp
Vineager – 2 tbl sp
Peeled small onions – 3
Peeled ginger – 1 inch piece
Garlic – 2 flakes
Cardamom – 2
Red chilly – 2 to 4
Cinnamon – a small piece
