Pomfret Curry
Ingredients:
1 pomfret
1 garlic paste
1 ginger paste
1 green chilli sliced thinly
1/4 tsp turmeric
1/4 tsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp pan searing flour white pepper and sea salt
1 tsp semolina
2 tsp oil
salt to taste
Method:
1. Make side slits in the fish.
2. Mix all the masalas, ginger and garlic paste and rub it on the fish.
3. Marinate the fish for 2-3 hours.
4. For cooking, heat oil, cover the fish with pan searing flour and semolina and fry for about 15-20 min.
5. Garnish the crisy fish with cilantro, tomatoes, cucumber and serve.
