Defence scientists, such as those in the Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) are India’s real warriors, not the military. In the old days, the sword-makers could make the swords, but warriors had to wield them. Even today’s tanks and fighter planes need warriors to drive or fly them. But DRDO, along with the nuclear scientists and production units such as Bharat Dynamics, can make nuclear-tipped intercontinental ballistic missiles and the people who do the research and development and production can also push the button to send them off to obliterate the enemy. The military muscle from nuclear-tipped ICBMs is millions of times greater than the power of tanks and fighter planes. The scientists and engineers are also the real soldiers. They should have their hand on the nuclear button, not the military or the politicians. The military simply obey the politicians and India’s politicians are all traitors on the payrolls of the C.I.A. etc. (see my article ’What can save India’ on sulekha.com). The military are not needed to launch the nuclear-tipped ICBMs; that can be done by scientists and engineers pushing a button sitting at a desk. The tanks and fighter planes the military can drive/fly are insignificant and nearly worthless in the military power they provide. Since they (the military) also obey the traitor politicians and civil servants, they are worse than worthless. It is time scientists and engineers are recognised for what they are — the true defenders and guardians of the country.

The military should obey and take orders from DRDO; the same for civil servants and politicians. This can be done by amending the Constitution; but the politicians will not agree to amending the Constitution, so it will have to be done in other ways.

For India to survive, the defence scientists and engineers have to take control of India’s government. In taking control of India’s government, the rule is: anyone in government who is not oriented toward and committed to supremacy over the United States — the most powerful white country ( the white man and the most powerful white country, the United States, are India‘s real enemy; see my article ‘In defence of India‘s nuclear supremacy‘ on sulekha.com) — is oriented toward and committed to slavery to the United States and is a traitor deserving death. The orientation toward and commitment to supremacy over the United States must be vocal and explicit. At present India’s government — for example all civil servants from the top to the bottom — consists of traitors.

In connection with the nuclear deal and a lot of other issues, Indians constantly wail about “technology denial” and justify going into slavery to the United States via, for example, the nuclear deal (see my article ‘Nuke deal hurts India’s national objective’ on sulekha.com) by saying that it will end the “sanctions” and “technology denial” that India is at present subject to. This shows utter ignorance of what is the real source of strength of a nation. Even if foreign nuclear technology were offered to India on a platter, with no strings attached and free of charge, it will be like poison and should be shunned like poison, because it eliminates or reduces the opportunities, investment and efforts for indigenous development of the technologies. The most precious thing and the source of real strength in the nuclear area, or any other area, is the skills and capabilities you develop through indigenous research and development. An example I have given is of plans to spend two and a half billion dollars on an Israeli medium range air-defence missile ‘because the indigenous Akash program has not delivered on time’ — without spending even a tenth of that amount on the Akash program. This plan seemed to have been abandoned after I pointed out the folly of this, but the same folly keeps being repeated in numerous other areas, both defence-related and other. Often it is not folly but treason, because the politicians and others stand to get huge kickbacks by importing from other countries and keeping India dependent on foreign countries and CIA-RAW, which is India’s real ’government’, strenuously promotes such dependence in all areas. Over ten billion dollars are to be spent on importing 126 fighter planes ‘because the indigenous LCA program has not delivered on time’ — though nowhere near this amount has been spent on the LCA program. Even in countries with many generations of experience and technological capabilities in developing jet engines, the development of a new jet engine costs several billion, perhaps four billion, dollars. It would have been far better to invest $10 billion (or more, because whereas foreign manufacturers have many generations of investment and experience to draw upon and technological support from the rest of their industrial base available, India has to develop many more technologies that have not yet been developed indigenously) on indigenous research and development and production. For developing all-around technological capabilities in the country and the finances and manpower for that, see my article ‘India‘s technological and economic emancipation‘ on sulekha.com. “As finance minister during 1991-95, Manmohan Singh drastically slashed funding to the nuclear power programme, disabling new projects and halting uranium exploration. But as prime minister, Singh has become such a fervent advocate of importing high-priced reactors for electricity that he has brought his own political future under a cloud” (Times of India, August 30, 2007, Internet). As a column in The Telegraph a few months ago showed, Manmohan Singh was the C.I.A.’s appointee as finance minister in P. V. Narasimha Rao’s cabinet. He was trying to kill off or restrict India’s nuclear capabilities then on the C.I.A.’s orders and he is doing so on a much bigger scale now, on the C.I.A.’s orders.

Despite DRDO’s emphatic statements that it does NOT need foreign collaboration for its missile defence program, RAW has forced American ‘collaboration’ — from Lockheed Martin — down its throat, for example in developing the Imaging Infrared Seeker (IIR Seeker) for India’s program for defence against Intercontinental Ballistic Missiles (ICBMs). The purpose is to bring India’s defences against American ICBMs under American scrutiny and control, rendering India defenceless against American ICBMs. I had said that India’s Ballistic Missile Defence (BMD) will be considerably superior to the United States’ and avoiding foreign ‘help’ was essential for India’s nuclear supremacy over the United States.

Such problems will only be solved and India’s suvival assured by bringing defence scientists in control of India’s government
