DANGERS OF INDO-USA NUCLEAR DEAL

The media build-up in favour of civilian nuclear technology ‘transfer’ and ‘trade’ between US and India is so systematic and clever, as to make the public in India see only benefits from it rather than disadvantages or hazards.

The media is aimed at making the Indo-US nuclear deal look like a golden opportunity without considering the national security needs of the country. Non of the supporters of the deal, may guarantee commitment of USA towards INDIA. Why We Celebrate the Birthday of Rama

The brothers Rama, Lakshmana, Bharata and Satrughna had total unity among themselves. Even while playing games in their childhood, each aspired for the victory of the other.

Once, the four young lads were playing a game. Shortly thereafter, Bharata came to mother Kausalya, weeping. She asked him, “Bharata, why are you feeling sad? Wife asked husband to take their

Was working on a project and he

Resented wife’s interference; but

Grabbed baby carriage and began

Walking round the block, in the sun.

After half an hour wife called out.

He replied “We are all right. Leave

Us alone”. After another half hour,

She again called out. He asked

“Is there anything the matter there?”

Wife replied “ No, but you have

Been wheeling little Suzie’s doll

All afternoon. Won’t you give our

Baby a turn in the baby carriage?”

Teacher…

As I read ‘Like the Flowing River’, by Paulo Coelho, I came across this chapter where he talks of his acquaintance’s experience with handling questions children have in their minds. Questions that often go unasked and if asked… unanswered by the more “learned and experienced” adults. The following are some questions mentioned: § What does God mean? § Where do we go after we die? § Why are we all born if we have to die in the end? § Why are there poor and ill people? § Why did God create mosquitoes and flies? § Who named different colours?
